Mary Louise Baker

Mary Louise Baker, 86, Medora, died at 7:45 a.m. Sunday, May 8, 2005, at her residence.

Mrs. Baker was a homemaker.

Born March 20, 1919, at Sparksville, she was a daughter of Donley Hill and Ora Armstrong Hill, both of whom preceded her in death. In January 1948, she married Harley Baker, who died in 1984.

Survivors include a son, Roger Baker, Medora; a twin sister, Jane Hill, Bedford; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Shawver; a brother, Robert Donely Hill; and a sister, Kathryn Smith.

The Rev. Chris Campbell will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hague Funeral Home, Medora. Burial will take place at Proctor Cemetery, Lawrence County.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to Proctor Cemetery in care of Hague Funral Home.
