According to the Tennessee Valley Authority, John Cannon was originally buried in Cannon Cemetery in Campbell County. He was relocated to Bakers Forge Memorial Cemetery in 1934, as part of TVA's Norris Dam grave relocation project. TVA lists his cause of death as 'rumt', & his birth/death years as 1842/1926.
