Listed in the Yad Vashem documentation as Gerhard Ulrich Herzberg, memorial stone shows Ullrich Herzberg. Lived with his parents at what was then Eichstrasse 51 in Hannover. Sent with the "Kindertransport" (Children's Refugee Movement) to the Netherlands in 1938 and lived with a family in Amsterdam. After the German invasion of Holland, he was placed in the Westerbork internment camp. From there he was deported to Sobibor on 23 March 1943 and murdered three days later.
