The body of Wiley Bloodsworth, 18, was found Saturday near the Illinois Central Railroad tracks, a mile west of Delaware, another victim of the overhead bridge of the Milwaukee Railroad Lines.
He had lived at Edgewood with the Dave Hankins family.
Authorities believed he had been riding on top of a freight car.
There are ropes that warn trainmen of the low overhead bridhge, but strangers are not aware of the danger. There have been several other deaths at the same location within recent years.
The body has been brought to the Shelly Funeral Home in Manchester.
The victim was born 26 Nov 1916 at Oneida, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Bloodsworth.
His father is dead and his mother, now Mrs. Paul Wilhern, lives at Dundee.
He was educated at Edgewood.
He leaves his mother and 3 half-brothers and 3 half-sisters.
