Born in Bayonne, she also had lived in Elizabeth before moving to Westfield 45 years ago.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, active in the Lighthouse for the Blind, a volunteer with the Westfield-Mountainside chapter of the Red Cross and a member of Baltusrol Country Club.
Her husband, Anthony B. Arnold, died in 1967.
Surviving are a sister, Miss Wilhelmina A. Harris of Cranford, four nieces and a nephew.
The Rev. Hugh Livengood of St. Paul's Church will officiate at private graveside services today at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements have been completed by the Gray Funeral Home.
