Myra was born Jan 3 1923 in Ranger, Texas to Ira and Lora Elliott.
In 1927 they left Ranger. The family moved to Arkansas to live with uncle "Mitt" and his wife Laura. Myra started school there. About 1929 they moved to Albion, Pushmataha, Oklahoma. Early November 1932, her grandmother Prilla brought the family to Seattle, Washington. Myra went to Emerson Grade School. Soon after this, her ailing father had to move back to Texas, so his sister Pearl and her husband "Kid" Harry could care for him. Myra, her mother and two sisters stayed on in Seattle.
Myra graduated to Franklin High School.
One of Myra's biggest loves, was her animals. Always a lot of dogs and cats around the house. Another of her favorite things was working in her gardens. Her yard was always beautiful.

Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, daughter Judith, sister Anna and grandson Joshua.

Surviving are her children: Thom, Charrise and David. Also her sister Margery. And her many grand-children and great-grand-children.
