Pat was born to Albert Davis and Mary Cook Davis in Nebraska City, NE. She was adopted by Sye Fletcher in 1945 after her father's passing. Pat lived in Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Arizona. She finished high school at Manual High in Kansas City, MO in 1954.
Pat moved to Tucson and worked until she entered the U.S. Marines in October 1958 and was stationed in Cherry Point, NC until her honorable discharge in June 1959.
She then married Stanley Neal on May 8, 1959. They had two sons together, Steven David Neal and Gary Christopher Neal. Pat's greatest joy was taking her boys fishing and camping.
She retired in 1996 from Shamrock Foods in Phoenix and moved to Nampa to be with her grandchildren. Pat's granddaughters, Brandi (Neal) Kowalczyk, Chelsie and Kristi Neal, were her pride and joy. She was able to spend her last eight years with her son, Gary, and his family.
