Barbara Jane (Mullett) Adams, a retired Royal Oak Schools teacher, age 81 of East Jordan Michigan died Dec. 19, 2011.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband, John (Jack) Adams; sons Jeffery of East Jordan, Mich., and Bruce (Linda) of Troy, Mich., sisters Nancy Nicolen of Cape Floral, Fla., and Moreen Gourdie of Opapka, Fla., brother Clare(Pat)Mullett of Winchester, Va., grandchildren Luke(Amanda),Ben, Kellie, Matthew and Christopher; as well as many other family members and friends.
A celebration of Barbara's life will be held with a gathering of family and friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 at Stackus Funeral home in Boyne City, Mich.
A family memorial will be held in the spring of 2012.
Burial will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Boyne City.
