" Girl, 9, Dies of Heart Failure - A verdict of death from natural causes was issued yesterday afternoon by a Broome County coroner in the death of Walla Jane McDaniel, 9 of 409 Willard Avenue, Vestal, on Thursday.
Dr. Glenn Tymeson of Lisle said the girl died of heart failure. She had suffered from a congenital heart ailment, he added.
The child, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Waller McDaniel, was found unconscious in her room by her mother on Thursday noon. "
