Peter immigrated May 5, 1883 through the port of N.Y. age 27 yrs., intent Oct 28, 1884 and petition filed June 14, 1909. Appears his time was mostly spent in Cumberland, WI along with his wife Anna Petrina (Nelson) In the census records two daughters of his eight were born in Norway the other six born in Cumberland, Barron, WI.
Peter's parents did not immigrate to the U.S., John Jeremiansen 1819-1901 and Karen Larsdatter 1818-1863
