Loran Wade "Red" Jewell, 79, died July 28 at Weston Manor Nursing Home in Newcastle. Mr. Jewell was born October 19, 1896 at Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, the son of Wade and Jennie Hardman Jewell. He came to Wyoming in June of 1919 where he was a construction worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred, and his parents.
