11, 1993, at home after a short illness.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, a Protestant, and a retired coal miner.
Surviving: brothers, Ernest R. of Craigsville, Paul E. of Winchester, Ore.; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and burial will be 1 p.m. today at Mount Olive Cemetery, Tioga, with the Rev. Eddie Groves officiating. There will be no visitation. Adams Funeral Home, Cowen, is in charge of arrangements.
