Mr. Milligan was a lifelong resident of Berry, Alabama and he was a retired coal miner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audie and Alcie Brasher Milligan and his brother, Gathen G Milligan, and two sisters, Betty Brand and Clancy Thacker, and his infant son, Cody Milligan.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Milligan, four sons, Dennis (Sandy) Milligan, Steve (Judy) Milligan, Mark (Heather) Milligan and David Milligan, step son, Tim Fowler, and step daughter, Charity Fowler; the mother of his sons, Dennis, Steve and Mark, Shelby Files Milligan, seven grandchildren, and two step grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
