He is survived by his twin brother, Edward Joseph Rhodes; his parents, Michael J. and Christy Anderson Rhodes of Williamstown; paternal grandparents, Gary and Patsy Rhodes of Williamstown; maternal grandparents, Jim and Anne Anderson of Parkersburg; great-grandparents, Arthur Lambert and Zelda Rhodes; and a large, loving extended family.
Private graveside services will be at the family's convenience in Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg, with Pastor Rick Kapple officiating.
