Eddie O'Neal Armstrong, Sr. was born on December 24, 1960 to the late Hazel Bradley and William Duck Armstrong. He departed his life on June 17, 2012 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.

Eddie accepted Christ at an early age. He attended school at Fort Walton Beach High School. Also known as Eddie Duck to most people, his smile and conversation was sure to put a smile on anyone's face. At the end of every sentence he made sure he asked, "You Know What I'm Saying?"
