Mrs. Myrtle S. Austin, 86, of Farmington died June 24 in a local hospital. She was born November 13, 1885 in Drake's Creek, Arkansas, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Ann Sims.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Land and Mrs. Ruth Jackson, both of Tulsa; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was to be at 1 p.m. today at the Farmington Baptist Church with burial in Combs Chapel Cemetery under direction of Nelson's Funeral Home.
