The funeral of Charles F. Huffman, who was accidentally killed at his home in Flushing, Ohio, was held at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Huffman, of Oak Forest, Sunday afternoon, last. Mr. Huffman was working about the barn when a gun which was used for killing rats fell to the floor and was discharged. The contents of the weapon entered his abdomen, making a fatal wound. Mr. Huffman was born at Oak Forest and was aged 61 years. He was engaged in the dairy business and was very successful. He was united in marriage with Miss Etta Spragg, daughter of Inghram Spragg, of Cameron, W. Va., formerly of this county. Beside his wife he leaves one son, Harold Huffman, at home, and his aged parents. The body was laid to rest in Rosemont cemetery, Rogersville.
