Charles Lafayette Thomasson Married Martha N. Ford 4-22-1830 in York Dist of S.C. They moved to Georgia with Charle's Family in 1832 first settling in Madison Morgan Co. Ga. They later moved to Carroll County Ga. eventually returning to Gaston County N.C. just across state line from York Co. where the Ford family resided. In 1870 they moved to the Steele Creek area. Information provided by Mrs Lilliam Robinson Hill a descendent of Martha Louise Thomasson Adkins a daughter of Charles Lafatette and Martha N. Ford Thomasson. DIED after 1870.
