Buddy graduated from the University of Tennessee in Civil Engineering. He spent his whole career with the US Coast and Geodetic Survey and lived in Atlanta, Georgia where he collected antiques, following a family tradition of his mother's.
He was a member of a Baptist Church in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Price died April 9, 1990, in Atlanta GA. He was retired from the National Geological Survey as an engineer. He was preceded in death by parents, Hallie and George Price. He is survived by three brothers, Rev. Gerald Price of Johnson City, McKay Price of Kingsport and McCauley Price of Kenosha, Wis.; aunts, Edna Flack and Vandilla Price both of Rogersville; uncle, Houston Price of Rogersville; several nieces and nephews. Interment was in Highland Cemetery, Rogersville.
