Daniel would come in to the Café where Trudy worked everyday and finally was able to get her to go on a date and eventually they were married on December 4, 1953 in Europe. After their marriage Daniel and Trudy moved to the United States in 1955 and Trudy became a Citizen of the US. In 1958, Trudy lost her beloved husband after a tragic plane crash in Bowling Green, Ohio, leaving behind his wife and young children."
