Born May 13, 1923 in Plain City.Vera loved music, tending to her flowers, talking politics and spending time with her loving family.
Preceded in death by parents: Harold & Martha (Tillman) Koon; husband: Frank R. Gibson – 1993; daughters: Betty B. Hanawalt; Joni Williams, brothers: Adrian Koon, Raymond Koon and William Koon; sisters: Leora Hunt, Mildred Dumas and Mary Lowe
Survived by loving children: James R. Gibson, Nancy (William) Martin, Frank R. Gibson, Jr., Jane (Tom Robitaille) Gibson, Shirley A. Gibson and Martha "Marti" (Keith) Fisher; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; sister: Violet (Harold) Zweifel; longtime loving friends: Gary and Wanda Cramer and Jodine Long
