MOSCOW — Dennis Lou Page, 36, of 1032 West St., died Monday of electrocution while working in an oil field at Battle Creek.
He had been employed in maintenance for 15 years with McConnel & Skully of Homer.
Born March 31, 1943, in Charleston, W. Va., he was the son of Ralph and Martha (Ramey) Page, who survive and live in Jonesville. He attended schools in West Virginia and was in the Navy from 1960 to 1964.
He was a member of the Moscow Jaycees, a former member of the Grotto Club of Jackson, and a band member of the Country Playboys.
He is also survived by his wife, the former Sue Biglow; children Linda, Bob, Laurie, Douglas and Daniel at home, and Terry, Michael and Denise of Hillsdale; six sisters, Mrs. Robert (Naomi) Woods of Montpelier, Ind., Mrs. John (Flo) Markwell of Ypsilanti, Mrs. Henry (Brenda) Smith of Moscow, Mrs. Larry (Christine) Ruben of North Adams, Mrs. Jerald (Helen) Stewart of Jonesville, and Mrs. William (Debby) Lloyd of Harrison, and four brothers, Franklin Page of Hillsdale, Ralph Page Jr. of Jonesville, John Page of Jackson, and Virgil Page of Ypsilanti.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ned M. Towns Funeral Home, North Adams, with the Rev. Paul Pickell officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Cemetery, North Adams.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and Wednesday night.
