Jacqueline (Jackie) D. Greene died suddenly on May 12. She was 57.
She was born March 3, 1951, to John and Hazel Barton.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Greene; a brother, Howard Barton; and her parents.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Lonnie Davis of Shelbyville, Tenn., and Cedric and Lisa Davis of Shreveport, La.; a granddaughter, Benita Davis of Shreveport, La.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Janet Nelson of Normandy, Tenn., and Juanita and Paul Richardson of Yellow Springs, Ohio; one brother, John Barton, Jr. of Nashville, Tenn.; a niece, Tonia R. Richardson; a niece and nephew-in-law, Natasha and Ramon Dela Cruz; and two nephews, Jeffrey and Greg Nelson.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 16, 11 a.m.–noon, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 308 Phillips Street, Yellow Springs, with funeral services to follow immediately afterward at noon conducted by Rev. Mr. Paul E. Richardson. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Interfaith Hospitality Network, 137 North Detroit Street, Xenia, OH 45385.
