Tryon, NC - Emily Louise Cochran died on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 23, 1971 at the residence of a son. Daughter of the late Thomas and Sarah Jackson Lovin and wife of Judge Cochran. Survivors included: two daughters; four sons; two brothers; 35 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren. She was 86 years of age at demise and interment was in the Polk Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
