Cathryne Farris Horn Lewis, 70, of Holliday, Texas, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the Holliday Assembly of God Church in Holliday, Texas, with Rev. Mike Wells, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will follow in Holliday Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.

Mrs. Lewis was born December 9, 1942, in Davis, Oklahoma, to Minnie and Crowder Farris. She married Luther Ray Horn October 22, 1961. He preceded her in death and on October 26, 1963, she married Clyde Douglas "Doug" Lewis. She was a wife and homemaker until Doug passed away on May 24, 1984. She then worked in Home Health Care from 1985 to 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Sonny Farris and Bobby Farris, sister-in-law, Joye Farris, and sister Doey Farris.

Survivors include son, Billy Wayne Lewis and wife, Cindy, of Iowa Park; daughters, Donna Joyce Horn, of Holliday, and Norma Lewis and husband, Jimmy Wyatt, of Wilson, Oklahoma; sister, Lucretia Smith and husband, Frank, of Burkburnett, Texas, grandchildren, Brandon and Laura Weatherread, Brandie and Charles Whitling, Bryan and Karlie Gray, Brittany Jetton and Nev Hendricks, Monica Lewis, Jessica Lewis and Jayson Loyd, all of Holliday, Texas, Cody and Glenna Wyatt of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, Nicole Wyatt and Michelle Wyatt of Wilson, Oklahoma; 12 great-grandchildren, CJ and Logan Whitling, Landon and Kaitlynn Weatherread, Trinity, Jax and Cooper Wyatt, Brayley Griffin, Keira Jetton, Aubry and Brylie Gray and Kayson Loyd; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in the Reception Room at Dutton Funeral Home.
