Survivors include her husband Ronald Evans; three sons, Joshua, Thaddeus, and Michael August; one brother, John Szczesny; five sisters, Mary Ellen and Jack VanHooser, Yvonne and Dewayne Thomas, Frances August, Stephanie and Joe Emerick, Helen and Marty Sorensen; good friend, Barb Martin, a grandson Lenny Evans and two granddaughters all of Erie. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
