Former Parisian Byron J Dickinson, 33, of Spring Lake, N.C., died Thursday, July 1, 1999, at Cape Fear Medical Center in Fayetteville, N.C. The cause of his death is being determined by an autopsy.
A memorial service is planned at 3 PM Friday at True Victory Deliverance Tabernacle in Fayetteville.
No visitation is scheduled. LaFayette Funeral Home in Fayetteville has charge of arrangements.
Dickinson was son of Robert Dickinson and Freda Brandenberg and stepson of Liz Dickinson, all of Paris. His wife, Teresa Dickinson, also survives.
In addition, he leaves a step-daughter, Tiffeny Washington Woodard of Maryland; a stepson, Gaylon Washington of Fayetteville;
A brother, Carlton Brandenberg of Paris; paternal grandparents, O.L. and Charlene Dickinson of Paris; and three grandchildren.
