Sadie was the daughter of George and Georgiana Van Pelt. She was married June 1906 to Allison Androvette.

Mrs. Sadie Androvette of 7646 Amboy Rd., a Staten Island resident for more than 60 years died yesterday in Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was 84 years old. Born in Brooklyn, Mrs. Androvette moved to Staten Island in 1906 after her marriage. She had resided at the Amboy Rd. address for the last six years.

Mrs. Androvette had been a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Women's Society of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Tottenville.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Maybelle Hollowell of the home address; six grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Her husband, Allison, a descendant of one of the Island's pioneer families, died in 1961. He had operated the Central Pharmacy on Main St., in Tottenville for 50 years.

A service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Bedell Funeral Home, Tottenville, by the Rev. William Staszeski, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Church. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
