Annie was the daughter of Wesley Cox Sprinkle & Lina Elizabeth Gilliam.

She married Robert Moore Webb. She was his third wife.

Robert's first wife was Julia Moore (1877-1911); they had five children: George, Laura, Claude, Jack & Annie. Annie May helped raise these children.

Robert's second wife, according to a family story, died during childbirth and so did the baby.

Annie & Robert had one daughter, Lina Elizabeth (married Homer Luellen).
