The name "Zwingli" turned up several times in the Kroh line. Martin Luther and Ulrich Zwingli, born within seven weeks of one another, were co-originators of the Protestant Reformation.
In the 1910 and 1920 census, he is listed as a boarder in the homes of others. ( Although he married in 1885 Mary was not listed with him at the rather large boarding house in 1910. In the 1920 Census, Mary was with him.) According to a Kroh family historian in 1908, Calvin had no children.
Wife Mary "C." Kroh was born in 1867/68. After Calvin's death, their lodger stayed on. (1940 Census) Where she is buried is unknown.
