Mrs. Scott died Sunday at the Host House after an illness of two months.
She was born Nov. 30, 1896, at Atkins, Ark. and had resided here 10 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
On Oct. 11, 1914, the former Miss Morphis married Bleve Scott, who died Feb. 19, 1972.
Surviving are three sons, Troy Scott, Amos Scott and Bill Scott; three daughters, Mrs. Tom Dunham, Mrs. Albert Holt and Mrs. Bill Chambers; brother, Max Morphis; half brother, Paul Brown; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
