Died at about 16 years of age. No stone or grave found in Heffington Cemetery, but all of the rest of her family is buried there, so it would stand to reason she is too. There is an unmarked grave next to Barney and Mary's graves, which could very well be Otha's grave and is highly probable that it is her grave.
