DIED.
TRAINOR—At his home in Manitowoc Rapids, on Monday, Sept. 13, 1880, Peter Trainor, in the seventieth year of his age.
Deceased, who was one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens ofthe county, was born near Carlingford, County Louth, Ireland, and emigratedto this country in the year 1847, made Ordensburg his home for a time. From
there he moved to this county 24 years ago where he since continued to reside.
He was a most exemplary member of the Catholic church.
His remains were interred at the cemetery at Silver Lake on Wednesday, Sept. 15th, and the large congregation of friends who attended his remains to the grave, testified to the esteem in which he was held by the community in which he lived.
Thus has passed from among us to his eternal reward, one who was a good citizen, a true friend, a loving husband to his now bereaved wife, and a kind father to his children who will long mourn his loss.
May he rest in peace.
