Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Patricia P. Crenshaw; his children, Lisa Carol Haase, David Bryant Crenshaw and Diana Lynn Rose; five grandchildren, Evan Haase, William Rose, III, Dustin Crenshaw, Olivia Haase and Chandler Rose; a brother, Curtis Crenshaw and a sister, Joan Cousins and her husband, Bobby.
Mr. Crenshaw was owner/administrator of Lancashire Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center from 1970-2010. He was a member of the Lions Club since 1970, served as President for two terms, had a perfect attendance record since 1971 and in 1998 received the Melvin Jones Award. Mr. Crenshaw was also a member of the Wetlands Board of Lancaster County and attended Rehoboth United Methodist Church.
He invested his heart and soul to the welfare of his family and his community. His greatest joy was helping others and fishing with his family and his friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p. m. Wednesday, April 17 at Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church, Weems. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. Friends may call 4:00 to 6:00 p. m. Tuesday, April 16 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
