As a young boy, Nathan attended Addyston Elementary School; where he also attended the First Baptist Church in Addyston, OH. Nathan served in the Army for 2 years and was honorably discharged in 1957. He loved traveling and being with family and friends.
Nathan married Marilyn Bradley on August 31, 1964, and they were married 12 years; from this union was one daughter - Michelle . He worked for CG&E in the main-tenance Department for 20 years and retired in 1999 — he was a hard worker.
Before his health begin to fail him; he often visited Samaria Early Church of God in Christ, Addyston, Ohio — Pastor J. E. Raglin. On September 28, 2011, Nathan re-dedicated his life to the Lord Jesus Christ .
He leaves to cherish his memories, (1) Daughter; Michelle Hawkins, Atlanta, GA; (4) Brothers: Richard (Bertha) Mont-gomery, Alabama; Jesse of Newark, New Jersey; Larry (Barbara) of Staten Island, New York and Jule (Joyce) of Cincinnati, Ohio. (3) Sister-in-Laws: Thomasine (Willie-deceased); Lourdes (Sunnie -deceased) and Elaine (Lum-deceased). (3) Grandchildren: Ashley, Blake and Ciara; (1) Great Grandchild: Asia. Marlyn (Lynn) Pastor was his beloved Wife for more than 30 years; and a host of relatives and friends.
