Joanne K. Crammond, age 79, of Toledo passed away Friday, April 12, 2013, in Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek. Joanne was born on January 22, 1934, in Toledo, Ohio to Donald and Norma (Fullington) Kerr Sr.
Joanne was a founding member of the Fairgreen Presbyterian Church and was very active as an Elder, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. She loved camping, reading, doing crossword and word search puzzles. Joanne also helped create the library at Miami Children's Home. She worked at Woolworths until they closed and then retired from Sears in sales.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David R.; sister, Beverly Jean (Kerr) Collins, and brother, Donald E. Kerr Jr. She is survived by her children, Griffith (Kristine) Crammond, Beverly Crammond and Greg (Bonnie) Crammond; grandchildren, Abbie, Adam, Corey, Scott, and Tyler Crammond, and Erin (Jamie) Beard. She is also survived by her great-grandson, Emerson Beard, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving friends in the Urbanski Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Rd., Toledo, Ohio on Monday, April 15, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where funeral services will begin on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
