My maternal great-grandfather. (my mother's father's father!) I do not know much about him other than he was married to Hazel Viola Sanders
(b 1888 - d 1946). and that he lived in East Finley Township.
He later married Eleanor V. Grimes they had no children together.
He was a farmer of ginsing, apple roots, sheep, cattle, and an avid hunter all his life.
His parents were George Washington Frye (1860 - 1925) & Mary Elizabeth Majors ( b 1866 d 1931)
His grandfather Pvt. Nicholas Frye fought in the Civil War with the Union army.
