Clara C. Scott, 82 passed away March 30, 2013, born in Ocate, N.M., on April 13, 1930, to Fidel and Maria Arguello. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin "Scotty"; son, Michael; brothers, Juan, Arthur, Silviano; and sister, Delia. Clara is survived by her children, Gary, Cherlyn (Jerry), Kevin (Becky), Laurie, Darryl (Suzi), Dawna, Duane, Keith (Christy); sister, Nora Duran; sisters-in-law, Marie and Margaret Arguello; 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Clara enjoyed sewing, gardening and fishing, loved spending time with her kids and grandkids and enjoyed cheering for the Broncos and Rockies. Special thanks to Christy Romero for the loving care she provided to our mother in her time of need, to Dr. Burke and his staff and also to Sangre de Cristo Hospice and staff. Rosary, 7 p.m. today, April 3, 2013, at Adrian Comer Funeral Home. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, at St. Leander Catholic Church, with interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
