Actor. He will be fondly remembered for playing Clarence 'Lumpy' Rutherford in the TV series "Leave It To Beaver" (1958 to 1963). Born and raised in Los Angeles, he got his start in the industry at the age of ten, when he was cast in the part of Will Rogers as a child in the picture "The Story of Will Rogers" (1952). This was followed with appearances in the television programs "The Ford Television Theatre" and "Father Knows Best" among other series. After "Leave It to Beaver" ended its run in 1963, Bank attended UCLA and went onto become a successful stockbroker. He repeated the role of 'Lumpy' in the updated version of the series "The New Leave It to Beaver" (1983 to 1989).
