Mr. Mark James Howell, age 46 of Morrow, Georgia passed away November 15, 2012. Mark was born in Austell, Georgia and had been employed with Local Union 72. He was a graduate of Henry County High School, Class of 1984, was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church and the Loyal Order of the Moose, Forest Park Lodge # 1875. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool and playing Bingo. Survivors include his parents, Billy and Janice Howell of McDonough; sisters, Lynn Brock of McDonough, Paula Olson of Hope Mills, NC; step siblings, Cindy Dukes of McDonough, Susan Morris of Locust Grove, Joel McCullough of Jackson; partner, Robin Turner of Morrow; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Patterson will officiate. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family Sunday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
