Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in the Kokomo Baptist Church for Ms. Sandra Wood Hudson, 66, of Columbia, who died Friday, April 12 in Columbia. Interment was in the Kokomo Cemetery. The Rev. John De Le Funte and the Rev. Glen Nace officiated at the services. Visitation was held beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12 at Kokomo Baptist Church.
A native of Marion County, she was a licensed practical nurse and a member of Kokomo Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence E. Nace.
Survivors include her mother, Sarah P. Nace of Columbia; two sons, Jeffrey Wood of Columbia and Robbie Wood (Bonnie) of Cold Water; one sister, Gail Kessler of Kokomo; one brother, the Rev. Glenn Nace (Teresa) of Kokomo; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Jason Kessler, Brad Nace, Chris Nace, Nathan Nace, Blake Wood and Christopher Wood.
Hathorn Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
