Funeral services for Carl O Almquist, aged 66, who was accidently killed Monday while working in a stone crushing plant near Duluth, Minn, were to be conducted at the Swedish Lutheran Chapel, Center City, 2:00 this afternoon.
The remains were shipped from Duluth to Center City last night. Rev Oscar Sandahl officiated at the Chisago Lake Cemetery. Deceased is survived by wife and daughter, both living in Sweden.
According to the story of August Forsberg, partner of the accident victim, and who took charge of the funeral arrangements, the two came over from Sweden seven weeks ago. Deceased was a cousin of John Akerson living north of Center City.
