Charles "Paul" Tucker, 77 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday March 22, 2013 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. On December 20, 1935 he was born in Miller County, Missouri, the son of the late Clay and Emma (Thompson) Tucker. On October 17, 1958 in Iberia, Missouri he was united in marriage to Patricia S. (Wright) Tucker who survives of the home.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tim Tucker of Lenexa, KS, Kim and Kelley Tucker of Owasso, OK, Monte and Toni Tucker of Yukon, OK, John Tucker of Eldon, MO, Brad and Amanda Tucker of Centerville, OH; daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Ray Myers of Statesville, NC; fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom Tucker of Kansas City, KS, Dan Tucker of Eugene, MO, Dale Tucker of Liberty, MO, Bob Tucker of Mexico, MO, Hershel Tucker of Columbia, MO; sisters, Mary Hendley of Excelsior Springs, MO, Helen Koberowski of Independence, MO. His parents and two brothers, Henry and Gene Tucker preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Church of Christ of Saline Valley. He was a loving husband and devoted dad and grandpa who enjoyed working with his animals on the farm.
Visitation will be on Monday March 25, 2013 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Murl Nash officiating. Interment will follow at Tuscumbia Cemetery in Tuscumbia, MO. Memorials are suggested to the Miller County Care & Rehab.
