Burial was to be in the Greencrest Cemetery, Dodge City with military graveside rites conducted by the Veterans of Foreign wars Howard Gottschall Post 1714, fraternal graveside rites by Moose Loge No.1187, and Masonic rites afterward.
Among survivors are a son, two daughters including Carol Dee Ann Duncan of Syracuse,brother and sister, three grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
Maynard died Jan.19,1995 at his home in Dodge City,Ks. He was born the son of Isaac H. and Lora L. Rogers Duncan on Aug.20,1917, in Hodgeman county. A graduated of Jetmore High School, he had been a Dodge City resident since 1942.
On June 19, 1958 he married Mildred Elder Rall at Clayton,New Mex. She survives.
Mr. Duncan, an electronic mechanic who worked on pinball and vending machines, was a partner in J&D Vending.
