"Gary Halverson 59 of Pinewood, MN died on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at his home in Pinewood. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery at Aure, MN with Matthew Johnson officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-7 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley, MN. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements. Gary was born February 2, 1953 in Bemidji, Minnesota the son of Adolph and Clara (Bruun) Halverson. He was a lifelong resident of Pinewood. Gary logged, farmed, drove gravel truck, did road work, and worked on the harvest. Most recently Gary worked on the horse radish harvest. Gary loved to spend time with his sons and especially his grandchildren, he also enjoyed woodworking and hunting. He is survived by his Wife ... Five Sons... One Daughter...Three Grandchildren Five Sisters...Four Brothers...He was preceded in death by his parents, and Three Brothers- George, LeRoy and Dewane."
