CHAMBERS Dianna Lynn Chambers, age 42 of Middleburg, FL passed away on April 9, 2013. She was born July 7, 1970 in Cincinnati, OH. Dianna was a special person who dedicated herself to raising her family, and cared for others before herself.
She worked for many years in the insurance field, most recently as a Coordinator with Colonial Life Insurance. Always willing to help others, she could be counted on for assistance by anyone. She will be deeply missed by loving husband of 23 years, Paul A. Chambers; her cherished daughter Brooke Chambers; her parents John and Connie Faulkner; her aunt and uncle Charmi and Don Kuba; her aunt Sandi; her mother Ricki; and the many friends and colleagues she touched.
Funeral services in celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday April 13, 2013 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family members will greet friends from 10:00 AM until the hour of service on Saturday morning at the funeral home.
