Tracy was born September 24, 1960 to Dwayne and Melba Reed in Houston, Texas. He attended Pasadena High School graduating in 1978. He spent a couple of years after graduation working for Pasadena Industrial Supply. He went work for Champion International at the Pasadena Paper mill and worked there for almost 16 years. He is survived by his parents and his older brother Dennis Reed and his Family. He was a friend to all and most of all he was a friend you could tell your troubles to and he would listen. He is dearly missed.
