Memorial service for Kenneth (Ken) Wayne Gann, 45, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, will be held at a later date at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Kenneth passed away on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013 at Hendersonville, Tennessee Medical Center.

Service will be under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

He was born on March 13th, 1968, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, to Byron Lee and Brenda K. Rowe Gann. Kenneth moved to Lawton with his family in 1974 as a young boy. He attended Taft and Geronimo Road Elementary School before moving to Germany where the family lived for three years. Following their return to Lawton, Kenneth attended MacArthur Junior and Senior High Schools where he was a member of the band and the R.O.T.C and graduated in 1986. He then joined the United States Army where he served in the 82nd Airborne. He was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He returned to Lawton following his service and attended Cameron University. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1999 and began working as a website designer for Books-A-Million.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Gann of Cottontown, Tennessee; his son, Kenneth Lee Gann of Hendersonville, Tennesse; his daughter, Tiffany Gann of Martin, Tennessee; his mother and step-father, Brenda K. and Robert "Bob" Sippel of Lawton, Oklahoma and his father, Byron Lee Gann of Sherwood, Arkansas; his brother, Gregory Scott Gann of Lawton, Oklahoma; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery Allen Gann; maternal grandparents, Herman and Ovie Lee (Farr) Rowe, and his paternal grandparents, Johnny W. and Marjorie (Lee) Gann.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Hospital
