STERLING-Mrs Edith Caswell Sterling, 76, Central Bridge, died Tuesday in Cobleskill Community Hospital, after a short illness. She is survived by a sister, Mrs James Jamieson, Binghamton; a brother, Ivan S Caswell, Central Bridge; also a niece and a nephew She was a native of Binghamton and had been a resident of Central Bridge for 11 months. She was a member of Central Bridge Methodist Church, Schoharie Valley Granar 1572 and a former member of the Binghamton Lodge Order of the Eastern Star, also a former member of the Boulevard Methodist Church in Binghamton. Funeral service will be held at the Clark Funeral Home, Central Bridge, at 2 pm Friday, The Rev Olaf Johnson, pastor of Central Bridge Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Sloansville Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 this evening.
