Frank Dwight Beck, 86, of Bloomington passed away at 2:55 p.m. Monday (April 8, 2013) at Heartland Healthcare, Normal.
He was born May 10, 1926 in Rantoul, the son of Frank and Florence Little Beck. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Donald Beck and one sister, Shirley Folkes. He married Marie Agnes Foran on Oct. 22, 1949 in Bement. She survives.
Also surviving are two children, Kelli (Albert) Becker and Kevin (Lori) Beck; four grandchildren, Travis (Abby) Beck, Zachary Beck, Melissa (Phil) Cazana and Jason (Ashley) Becker and seven great-grandchildren.
He was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy on the USS Maddox in the South Pacific.
